  • Arrival Times: While we strive to honor scheduled times, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We will communicate any changes promptly.

3. Rescheduling and Cancellations

  • Notice: Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid fees.

  • Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

4. Fees

  • Excessive Clutter or Trash: Excessive clutter or trash (e.g., large amounts of debris or personal items) will incur a $20 fee.

  • Hazardous Fluids or Substances: Hazardous fluids or substances (e.g., mold) are subject to additional handling fees, which will be discussed at the time of detail.

Fees associated with reschedules, cancellations, excessive trash, and hazardous fluids are included to account for additional time, resources, or specialized handling required.

5. Permission to Operate

  • Authorization: By booking an appointment, you grant GVINCII LLC permission to operate at the provided address.

  • Access Restrictions: If services cannot be performed due to access restrictions or lack of authorization at the provided address, a cancellation fee will apply.

6. Payment Terms

  • Deposit: A $25 deposit is required to secure your appointment.

  • Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, and other payment methods as specified on our website. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7. Vehicle Condition and Personal Belongings

  • Pre-Service Condition: Please remove all personal belongings, money, and other significant items from your vehicle prior to any detailing service. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.

  • Pre-Existing Damage: We will document any pre-existing damage before commencing work. We are not liable for any pre-existing conditions or damage.

8. Service Limitations

  • Scope: Our services are detailed on our website. Any additional services may incur extra charges and require prior agreement.

  • Hazardous Conditions: We reserve the right to refuse service if a vehicle poses a health or safety risk.

9. Liability
